For this page of Tools not to become too diluted (like the overly watered-down orange juice that use to be served by your school friend's mum), my suggestion is that we list:

  • only tools that are specifically for "open data"
  • or general pupose tools (such as Excel) only if accompanied by interesting & referenced open data use.
